INTRODUCTION

Faculty of Educational Studies Students' Association (FEDSSA) is one of the Faculty Students’ Association registered under UPM Student Affairs Division. FEDSSA has been active in improving students’ involvement in various activities since we were first established. With the motto of "FEDSSA Bitara Siswa", our main insight is to improve soft skills in every students in Faculty of Educational Studies throughout 4 years of their studies in Universiti Putra Malaysia.

This is to ensure them to become a holistic individual in every aspects after they graduate. Under FEDSSA, there are 7 clubs representing 8 undergraduate programmes of studies in Faculty of Educational Studies, which are: Kelab Bacelor Pendidikan Bahasa Melayu (BPBM), TESL Club, Kelab Mahasiswa Bimbingan dan Kaunseling (KMBK), Persatuan Pengajian Sukan, Kelab Pendidikan Sains Pertanian (KPSP), Kelab Bacelor Pendidikan Sains Rumah Tangga (BPSRT) dan Persatuan Pelajar Pembangunan Sumber Manusia (PESUMA).

OBJECTIVE OF FACULTY OF EDUCATIONAL STUDIES STUDENTS’ ASSOCIATION

Improving and enhancing students’ soft skills, knowledge and the uniqueness to ensure they will become excellent and competitive through students’ participation in activities held.
Becoming the liaison between students and the Faculty Management to ensure every report, suggestions and questions covering every aspect will be channeled thoroughly, hence ensuring every voices of the students are heard.
Improving the relationship between students in each programme of studies in Faculty of Educational Studies to provide opportunities for students to build networks with each other.
Taking care of students’ well-being, welfare and student affairs in Faculty of Educational studies continuously from time to time.
Becoming the example and the source of reference for other students associations in and out of UPM in terms of educational studies, counseling and also human resource development.
Providing service to the whole faculty, university and other parties outside of UPM through community service as well as collaboration opportunities in the organization of any activity offered to parties outside of UPM.
