Bintulu - Universiti Putra Malaysia Orator Cup Debate Competition The Bintulu Campus (UPMKB) Sarawak was held on 23 & 24 February 2019 at the Central Lecture Hall, UPMKB. A total of 4 teams participated in the competition and participants consisted of Bachelor and Diploma students of UPMKB.

This debate competition is organized by the UPM Orator Club which aims to nurture and cultivate debate art in the campus. The Debate Competition Closing Ceremony took place on the night of February 24, 2019 witnessed the final conference with a debated Usul, "Ungraded Student Academic Integrity". Government delegates from UPMKB Orator Club, while opposition representatives from UPMKB Raising Club.

This debate competition has been judged by Dr. Fadzilah Binti Yusof (Senior Lecturer, Social Science Department, UPMKB as Chief Justice), Dr. Suziana Binti Hassan ( Senior lecturer, Department of Forestry Science, UPMKB), Dr. Nozieana Binti Khairuddin (Senior lecturer, Department of Science and Engineering), Dr. Azizul Hakim (Senior lecturer, Department of Science and Engineering) , Encik Saipul Izzuwan Bin Dahari (Debate Alumni UPMKB), Miss Fateen Aqlima Haniem Binti Ab Jabar (Debate Alumni UPMKB) and Miss Siti Zul Lailee Binti Kamsan (Debate Alumni UPMKB).

UPMKB Urban Debate Competition Closing Ceremony Closing Ceremony was conducted by Yang Berusaha Encik Muhammad Abdul Rahim Bin Habib, Senior Psychologist, UPMKB Student Affairs Division.
